How much does it cost?
Simple day rate for short-term work. Fixed price for scoped projects. I also offer monthly retainers if you want ongoing support. No hidden fees or fancy packaging.
I don't even know where to start-can we talk first?
Yes. If you’re unsure what the real issue is, or just need a sounding board, we can start with a short call. No pressure. Sometimes a 30-minute chat is all it takes to get clarity.
Do you work solo or with a team?
Just me. I’m not an agency. You get someone who’s been in the weeds and knows how to fix problems quickly. I can work directly with you or alongside your team.
Will this be just strategy or will you help get things done?
Both. I won’t drop a deck and disappear. I’ll help you design the plan and roll it out — whether that’s building a workflow, coaching your functional lead, or managing the delivery.
Do you only work with logistics or tech businesses?
